Onboarding Form

Everything here goes straight into how we build and qualify your leads. When in doubt, be specific — vague criteria lead to wasted ad spend.

Add each area you work in with its ZIP codes. Add as many areas as you need with the button below.

Check every field or condition that matters when deciding whether a lead is worth booking an appointment for.

So we can book appointments straight onto your calendar: open Google Calendar → Settings → find your calendar under "Settings for my calendars" → "Share with specific people" → add Onboarding@tribedent.com with "Make changes to events" permission. That lets us see your real availability and book directly, instead of going back and forth.

Don't book anything sooner than this.

Don't book anything further out than this.

Anything else that disqualifies a lead, or any must-have targeting notes.

How fast can you review and approve a draft ad before it's considered late?

Grant Us Access to Ads Manager

This gives our team the ability to build, launch, and manage your Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns without ever needing your password. Takes about 3 minutes.

1. Open Business Settings

Log into business.facebook.com with your account, then click the gear icon in the left-hand menu to open Business Settings.

2. Go to Partners

Under the Users section in the left column, click Partners, then click the blue Add button and choose Give a partner access to your assets.

3. Enter our Partner Business ID

Paste in our Partner Business ID, then click Next. To get this ID, email us at Management@tribedent.com and we'll send it to you directly.

Never share this ID publicly. It only allows account-level access, not login credentials.

4. Assign the ad account

Select your ad account from the list, choose Full control so we can build and manage campaigns, then click Next to confirm.

5. Assign the Facebook Page

Repeat the process for your Facebook Page — select it, grant Full control, so we can post, run ads, and manage comments/messages on your behalf.

6. Confirm and send

Click Invite. Access is granted instantly — no password or login is ever shared. You can revoke access at any time from the same Partners screen.

7. Set up your landing page subdomain

We also need somewhere to host your dedicated landing page. In your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, etc.), create a subdomain such as form.yourdomain.com, then either add us as a collaborator on the domain's DNS settings or send us the DNS access so we can point that subdomain to your new landing page.

Facebook occasionally rearranges this menu. If anything looks different on your screen, reply and we'll hop on a 5-minute screen-share to walk through it together.
